If a product ordered from us needs to be exchanged or returned because of a non-conformity, contact us and we will help find a suitable solution.
The seller is responsible for product non-conformity that appears within the statutory liability period after the goods are handed over to the buyer. During the first months it is generally presumed that the defect already existed at the time of handover, unless the nature of the goods or defect indicates otherwise.
If you notice a defect, email us at info@kifft.ee. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos and your contact details.
After receiving the request, we will contact you within 7 days to agree on inspection, repair, replacement or another suitable solution.
